(Senior) International Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
- Hybrid
- München, Bayern, Germany
- Commercial
Job description
GoLighter is scaling rapidly across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on marketing professional to drive our regional growth and serve as the central marketing resource for our Nordic Success Team.
You will take end-to-end ownership of Nordic marketing—from independently building and launching performance campaigns to coordinating multi-channel product rollouts. This role is ideal for a proactive builder who enjoys creating structures from scratch and combines strategic thinking with a strong numerical mindset.
Your tasks would be...
Take full ownership of marketing activities and commercial results across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland
Independently build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Own the operational execution and performance of SEA and Paid Social activities
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead Performance Marketing and the Vice President of Commercial Development to ensure regional expansion plans and KPIs remain on track
Develop and execute high-impact pre-selling, lead-generation, and product-launch sequences for our upcoming portfolio, including the Wegovy® Pill pipeline
Identify untapped growth opportunities, channels, audiences, and campaign approaches
Formulate creative hypotheses, run rapid experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve performance
Monitor and optimize key growth metrics such as CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance
Work closely with our internal Business Intelligence team to identify trends and translate data into actionable measures
Plan and launch TV and out-of-home campaigns across the Nordic markets
Select, brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies while maintaining clear control over ROI, performance, and commercial outcomes
Coordinate multi-channel product rollouts and ensure consistent execution across digital and offline touchpoints
Build scalable marketing processes, guidelines, and structures for the Nordic region
Job requirements
You will fit well, when you …
You have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fast-scaling digital marketing roles
You have worked in e-commerce, digital health, D2C, subscription-based businesses, or similarly fast-paced environments
You have direct experience scaling marketing campaigns in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland
You understand Nordic market dynamics, regional differences, and local customer behavior
You have strong hands-on expertise in SEA and Paid Social, particularly Google Ads and Meta
You are comfortable working directly within advertising platforms and managing campaigns independently
You have experience planning and executing TV marketing campaigns
You have successfully managed external agencies with a clear focus on measurable commercial results
You can develop strategic expansion plans while remaining deeply involved in operational execution
You have a highly analytical mindset and confidently work with performance data, dashboards, budgets, and business KPIs
You take ownership of business outcomes rather than focusing only on individual tasks
You proactively create briefs, processes, and solutions instead of waiting for detailed instructions
You enjoy building new markets, testing new ideas, and working in a fast-paced environment
You are fluent in English
Professional proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is a strong advantage
