Commercial Development Manager (m/f/d)

Role Description

Wellster is the leading European HealthTech platform, and we are currently at the forefront of one of the most explosive growth stories in healthcare: the Direct-to-Patient (DTP) revolution.

We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to spearhead the international expansion of our flagship brand, GoLighter, within the hyper-growth GLP-1 weight-loss market. This isn't just a strategy role—it’s a seat in the cockpit of a company that is fundamentally changing how patients access life-changing treatments across Europe.

Your tasks would be...

• Drive the international expansion of GoLighter, supporting market entry, localisation, and scaling across new markets

• Take full ownership of high-impact commercial and strategic projects from concept to execution

• Shape and implement commercial growth initiatives across new and existing markets

• Turn complex data, trends, and market insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations

• Build, evaluate, and challenge business cases with a strong commercial (and where relevant medical) perspective

• Lead cross-functional and international projects using agile project management approaches

• Identify, test, and scale new business models, revenue streams, and commercial opportunities

• Drive growth and performance optimisation initiatives across existing platforms and verticals

• Act as a key interface between leadership and operational teams to ensure effective execution

• Operate with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced scale-up environment

You will fit well, when you …

• Bring 2+ years of experience in Commercial Development, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or similar fields

• Have strong analytical capabilities and enjoy solving complex commercial challenges

• Possess excellent project management skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments

• Think commercially, with a focus on monetisation, scaling, and strategic growth

• Ideally have experience in digital or HealthTech industries; eagerness to learn is a must

• Work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial manner and take full ownership of tasks

• Communicate confidently with leadership, partners, and interdisciplinary teams

• Speak English and German fluently; French is a strong plus for current expansion

• Enjoy a collaborative and on-site working environment

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or related fields
